Slumming it isn’t an option here – there’s a hot water shower, a flushing loo and a fridge.

Located in Knightstone Farm, this is the best place to stay in Devon to be close to local wildlife. You might spot deer, otters or even beavers and you’re welcome to fish in the private lake!

The hut is the perfect place to stay in Devon if you’re visiting the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

Please Note: At the time of this article, the hut was named ‘Otter’s Holt’. As of 2023, it has been renamed to ‘Bluestone Hut’.
