A Western Twang in Devon

Ranchers Shepherd's Hut is certainly different to your average shepherd’s hut, it is cleverly styled with an American ‘Western’ theme with exposed wooden beams and a rustic corrugated ceiling. This hut can comfortably sleep a family of four in two separate rooms. It’s your perfect get away.

Our hut comfortably sleeps four people with one king size bed in the master room and a set of bunk beds in a separate room that would comfortably sleep two adults. The main living area is well equipped with a double gas hob, oven, grill and fridge with a small freezer compartment. In this hut you will find a stylish shower room with copper pipes and rainfall shower. One added bonus that brings such luxury is underfloor heating that is powered by solar and gas, this certainly keeps you warm in the middle of winter, or you can light the glass fronted stove and watch the flames dance the night away.

A perfect location to unwind and relax

Set at an angle to Beaver's Lodge you will feel quite private and have your own wooden veranda stretching the whole length of the building, also with a large private patio with hot tub, sun loungers and dining area to the side of the property - a great place for soaking up the sun. To the left of the property you will have sole use of your own sunken fire pit area where you can enjoy the fabulous views and sounds of the countryside.

Our hot tub is refreshed for every new guests arrival and is re-filled with our own spring water. Due to the fact we completely refill the tub before your arrival please do not expect the tub to be hot when you arrive but it will only take a few hours for it to heat hot enough before you may wish to jump in.
